I am ashamed to say that I did not read the reviews regarding ChicMe.com prior to ordering off their website. I placed an order on Nov. 14,2022, I didn't received the items until Dec. 23,2022, which was insane. Once I received the merchandise I immediately tried the clothing on. On one of the tops one sleeve was shorter than the other, the stitching on one top sleeves was different on both sides (very noticeable), another top the part that was to go around my neck was extremely small. Out of seven items only two was actually fit to wear. Per their return policy I contacted customer support notified them of the issues and uploaded photos of proof. After about five days someone finally emailed me back offering me a discount, which I declined. This went on for about three emails until I became little firm in my email tone. The rep then sent me a return address requesting the weight of the return and the tracking number. Being that this was an error on their part…poor quality of clothing and they were not paying for the return. I returned the items the less expensive way possible, flat rate box. I took a picture of the receipt that showed it was a flat rate box and included the tracking number. I uploaded the receipt as requested. The rep emailed stating that they needed the weight of the return. Understand this information is not included in their return policy that when returning items you must include the weight alone with the tracking number. I informed her the receipt I proved is exactly what I was given by USPS and I was not jumping through hoops just to receive a refund. This has been the worst experience of my life with online shopping. I advise DO NOT…I repeat…DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS MERCHANT!

Arrived in time for Xmas but too late for the runup 2 weeks before when I really wanted it,
Quality is not as good as expected, cheap feeling T shirt material.

I receive different item than advertised and when I contacted the customer service they don't accept returns. They just mislead customers by a advertising pictures of different items.

It wasn't a very good experience because it took lots of time until I receive The package. I bought it for a party and it didn't arrived on time
