I placed an order on Dec 10,2022, and today is January 10,2023, and I still have not received my order. I checked the so-called tracking and it stated that my order has been at JFK since December 21,2022. When I contacted the company, they keep telling me they can't do anything until I get the package which is BS. I paid for the insurance as well and when I asked if they could resend the order, they ignored the question, and asked me to wait a few more days...This company is a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They will take your money and you will never get your items! I believe the customer service rep is a robot or some type of automated system.
This is by far the worse company in the world. They don't tell you when ordering they are in China and it takes almost two months to get your merchandise if you ever get them. They give you tracking number that are 30 numbers long and they never work. This company is a scam please don't order from this company. The cloths have a bad odor you can't get rid of and they are not true to size. It is poorly made and the material is cheap and cheesy. A purchase from this company is like setting your money on fire. This is truly a scam company

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
