Returns are completed as you get offended a percentage of the item and you get to keep the item. Then I have to re-order the same item...should be able to return and get the size you want without a hassle as your sizes are not quite right so I have no idea how or order and I take a guess...some sizes are fine whereas others are not even thu I am a definite "M" BUT some M's are to large or TOO SMALL...then I have the problem of what to do with the items that cannot fit me...I would rather return it and get the correct size...I DO HOWEVER, LOVE the materials of your PRODUCTS...

I give one star because it seems like I have to but in my opinion it deserves 0 star. I ordered over $200 in clothes and shoes. I was going on vacation I got my clothes after my vacation started. When I got back items were missing and nothing looks like the photos displayed. The shoes are wide and does not fit. When I got back from vacation I called and left a message I also emailed them. When I finally got a response the person told me they contacted me and I did not respond and my return date has passed. They told me I should have contacted them within 15 days. They then told me to send a list of the missing clothes I did and got no response. The items are still in my home because I can't even offer them to anyone because it's very poor quality.The shoes I can offer to someone with a wider feet although they are not of the greatest quality but it's wearable. I am so disappointed. Poorc customer service.
