I don't like the quality of the clothes. And they just make the return sooo difficult. Email back and forth about please return, keep the item and get 20% store credit, then 30% then 50%… etc. I don't think it's fair, it's not for me. Won't buy anything from here again. Thank you

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
