I ordered a tank top and a white top in large both items to small for a size 14 lady so sent a email to have both items sent bk, recieved email a day or so later requesting the size so I replied with the size I was twoing and throwing with emails from you that you've delayed this whole process and as a customer I ve been told now the deadline has passed and have a nice day! Really this is your customer service?

My experience was fine with the site the delivery time will be long because I think you're coming from China to the US if you're ordering from the US so it does take some time and I only wish That the sizings were not deceiving because they say on the site that they are comparable to the US size chart and that is definitely untrue.

I was not sure at the beginning but receiving my order I was really glad and surprised! Received in 3 weeks, could follow the shipment at all time and mostly; following there size range; all the sizes we're good!
The only thing that I don't like is that they send you coupons for next order and we CAN'T put them in a new order if we want to order again.

BUYER BEWARE! The clothes for the most part are horrible quality! Sizes not as described. Most of the tops that I ordered as xs or small could fit a large man! Trying to return them is impossible. Plus I didn't receive 2 of my items and they refuse to refund me. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS!
