Never had a problem all ways comes on time clothes r true to size good quality as well
Was advised my order would arrive within 7-9 days so ordered items for a special occasion, they didnt arrive in time! In fact it took over 30 days for the items to arrive. When trying to communicate for updates on my delivery, it took ages for a reply and when I finally heard back I was told items were out of stock. I then tried to cancel my order but was told I needed to wait for them to be delivered them return them with an added 10% charge

Purchased lots of clothes, nothing risky, just s typical ones but these that i received were at least 2 sizes bigger.
The shirts looked completely different than those n the website. I was disappointed.
It took ages to come and then the fit was small. And not as pictured.
I waited for months and am not happy with the quality of the products. Very cheaply made and I don't know how to return.
I stupidly pressed the pay button twice and it took two payments but they was super quick to pay it back and the communication was perfect. Products was good quality.
