Not happy with products, the delivery was late and size was not correct

Not very helpful in letting my wife return the item only discovered it was too small after getting her support off

Received items within a timely manner and excellent quality, will definitely be buying again.

I was super excited, but unfortunately, the advertised delivery date and actual delivery dates were very different. I left the country and wasn't able to have my purchases for my trip. Then I got back this week and opened my purchases and very few items fit. It's a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff I can't use.

Took a little too long to deliver, however the merchandise was very appealing

I love this Cheetah print fur cape. The price was great and the shipping was pretty quick.

Sneakers too small & too uncomfortable to walk in, so I tried to return them & they made it as difficult as possible to return them. They tried so hard I had to tell them if they did not give me an address to return I would speak to PayPal. Only then did they agree to reimburse me at great cost to me as the postage was more than the sneakers. I have never had such bad customer service.

The only thing I don't like, is that for some of their clothing, I'm right in the middle in terms of size. The regular sizes are too tight on me... but even the smallest "plus size" is too big and roomy in the wrong places. A lot of their items seem to be made for tiny people with tiny waists and arms. What about the girl whose waistline is larger than her breasts?

But I got an XL in this cute little black off the shoulder top, and the bust area was too big, but the arms were too small and tight! We're not all skinny and frail. Thick girls wanna look cute too.
I love getting ChicMe clothing. The look of most of their things are really city-chic and sexy.

These outfits are too small. It doesn't look like same as advertised.

This is my second or third attempt at ordering from Chic Me. Stayle and quality are unimpressive. Didn't bother trying to send back. The hassle isn't worth it.
