Chicme return policy is horrible. It take 4-5 weeks before you receive your merchandise but you have 14 days to respond if you need to return. If it take 30 days for us to get merchandise, customers should have at least 30 days to return. I spent over $200 the first order and I had to return about $150 for a bigger or smaller size. I request refund/exchange on the 18th day after delivery and they said I was too late. The best they can do was offer me $30 cash coupon. I have 8 item worth $150 that I can not wear, they are all packaged up. What a waste of my hard earn money. WTH...I will never order from here again.
The top was gappy at the sides. I ordered an xl and my bust size is 103cm so it didn't suit me. The bottoms fit perfectly so I will by another top to go with them. I wouldn't recommend this item for big busted women

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
