I ordered 3 pair of shoes and all three fit very differently. Ordered according to the size of my foot. Fabric for one pair was very rough, not soft at all. The other pair was a knit top and it wasn't tight enough so the foot wanted to slip out of the. Customer return is such a short period of time it is hard to get them sent back in time.

I would never shop from this company again. I have received my order after a one month. According to the size chart I should fit in the clothes that I've ordered but it didn't fit me. Poor material, color does not match as it show's online. I want to return all that items they are not providing me an return labels. Lying about 24/7customer service. I paid $111.39 they offering me 30%partial return and keep the items. They told me if I return the items it will be on my own cost and no address was provided. Online shop always provides return labels but this company is giving all kinds of excuse. I'm not going to recommend anyone to shop from this company. I'm very disappointed with their service. I feel very unfair for customer and it's not a trustworthy company for shopping.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
