I ordered several items from ChicMe and was highly dissatisfied with all the items received. The quality of the items received VS the pictured items is quite unbalanced. All four pieces received were of poor quality fabric and did not look at all as what was pictured in their look-book. Aside from having to wait forever to receive items, the return policy is set up to almost not allow returns. Lesson learned is if it looks too good to be true it's because it is not true! The only business this company is in is scamming customers out of money. Not customer oriented at all!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
