I got 2 blouse that did not fit I tried to exchange them for XL and the only offer they keep giving me is 30% refund and for me to keep something that does not fit. And when I insist I got a rude email that I must pay and send back the clothes with no acknowledment of me getting back my money or the size that fits

Horrible customer service. Never received my item. Basically made me track my package and they couldn't tell me where it was delivered. Reached out and after the Devin's message they stopped responding. Never buy from them again.

Good products and service when dealing with person is good but deliveries get lost and take ages to arrive.

First off I want to say that your customer service team is wonderful. They got right back to me when I emailed them.
However, when the shirt arrived I was beyond disappointed to say the least. The picture shows A very vibrant yellow shirt that lays nicely on the body. That's not what I received. I received a VERY dingy yellow top with a grayish look & the shirt is "boxy" and has no form to it at all.
I will not be ordering from you again.

Disappointed with this set as when ordered it was green and white on the site but when it came it was dark cream and green then I wanted to send it back and get a refund they kept saying to me I could have a 15 % refund and keep item. All I wanted was a refund and still they didn't listen to me and was offered a 50% refund and keep items. I didn't want the items. In the end I had to keep them cos it was too late to send items back! So I'm the end I was 23 pounds out of pocket.so won't be ordering off chic me again

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
