Beware - terrible customer service and very short return window

I will never order anything from this company! Shipping took almost 2 months then items were very poor quality!

Took to long to write back to ask about shipping, so ended up having to cancel my order

Waste of money cheap shoes and clothes it looked nice on the website but in person cheapest clothes I have ever bought.

I returned the dress it didn't fit and I threw away my receipt from the post office cause it said it would reach you on March 30th but I still have not received a refund to my account

The top l ordered were quite good, but is didn't look as good as the photos of them.
The delivery is very very slow.

Rubbish product and even worse customer service- quite possibly the worst on line I have ever experienced so I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this company

It took several days to receive my order. Once I finally did, the quality is terrible. I would not have paid any money for the sandals I received. When I followed up to request a return, the only option I had was to keep them and they would give me a 10% partial refund. One of the two pairs is so deformed, I cannot even wear them if I wanted to.

Will order from Chic Me again. Kept me in the loop at all times letting me know when my order will be delivered. 100% customer satisfaction.

Cheap materials, bad fitting clothes, they have no customer service and dont take returns. Shipping takes months. Run and shop with another company! Do not shop here.

Order didn't arrive by state of date. Checked in on it and they said it was still in the warehouse but they would get expedite it. A few days later got a message that they were out of stock.

Will never order from here again! Cheaply made,not at all like the pictures shown. Sizes not true to American sizes at all! Shipping took forever. Over a month! Save your money!
