So far very disappointed with ChicMe & telling everyone I know do not order anything from them and expect to get a refund or exchange. There is no-one you can communicate with, and you have to pay to send things back if they don't fit which cost just as much as the merchandise so it's a lose-lose situation for us.

I made 2 purchases with this website and the items that I purchased didn't fit right so I wanted to exchange them. Their response was to refund me 10% of what I paid and for me to keep the items. This was SO unprofessional and then after turning that offer down they offered me 30% and said that they strongly suggest I take that offer since I would have to pay to return the items for an exchange. I don't recommend anyone making a purchase from them. They advertise that they have easy returns, well don't believe that! It's a bunch of horse manure!
