I ordered several items but one dress was not as shown in the photo and because I took it with me on vacation before I tried it on, the time has passed for return. I'm a little upset at the misrepresentation.
I DO NOT recommend shopping with ChicMe. ChicMe advertises merchandise IN STOCK; however they don't have it. ChicMe notifies you "weeks later" to tell you out of stock, asking if you want to wait for new stock or get a REFUND. I chose to get a REFUND, suddenly the item was back in stock. After several requests for a refund, ChicMe sent the item anyway. I immediately, returned the shipped items because they are not true to sizing. Also, you will not get your shipment timely. It took 19 days to get "half" of my order, and another 8 days to get the remaining item. I am currently in a dispute with ChicMe for my REFUND of returned merchandise! If this survey does not get posted, it validates my warning.

Turned out great. I got alright quality cheap boots of a style I've been searching for, they fixed a minor shipping error immediately on notification. What's not to like?

Although I am aware that these clothes are coming from China, but the sizing on them was completely off. I think they have a lot of very nice and fashionable clothes, but if I can't determine the size of them, I will be hesitant to buy anything in the future. Clothes that said XXL, fit more like a M. The sizing was also very inconsistent. I bought clothes XXL, XL and 1X and the XL fit but the XXL didn't fit. I plan to work with a seamstress to see if she can help the dress (my favorite, and the original reason for ordering) fit.

So far very disappointed with ChicMe & telling everyone I know do not order anything from them and expect to get a refund or exchange. There is no-one you can communicate with, and you have to pay to send things back if they don't fit which cost just as much as the merchandise so it's a lose-lose situation for us.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
