My experience with the purchase of the shoes I'm disappointed that the shoes are too big that I can not enjoy wearing them. I tried to return them but could not find a return address.
The clothing is cheap horrible material.
To return items is so difficult. You have to request to return and then they give you the return address. It took me from 18th March to 9th April to receive the return address. I have sent my return and proof of return but have not received a reply or refund as yet 15th April.
Customer service is aweful. Will not accept returns. Will only give you 10% back or credit of $5.

I ordered items for a trip and had to constantly contact customer service for an update as the shipping and delivery information provided was WRONG. Order was placed based on said information with assumption that they would be received on time. Items came after I had already left for my trip. Contacted to return and for a refund and was told I could only get 10% off next order (like why would I even order from them again) or 10% partial refund. I have no need for the items so now I am out $72 and with items I will not be wearing. I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone. They are nothing but scammers!

This site has a wide variety of items and styles to choose from. However, the total delivery time shown is a lie! The website clearly states total delivery time = total processing time+total shipping time which is equated to 9 to 12 days. After purchase it says to allow 2 to 5 extra days for processing. I have placed an order close to 3 weeks and it's still in a processing status. I ordered items for a trip but with the current status I won't be getting the items in time for my trip. I reached out to customer service to see if order can be canceled and was only offered a coupon….no resolution. Will update later as I will no longer have a need for the items and will need to return.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
