This is my second and last time getting burned by this company please be very cautious before ordering the only satisfaction is that I'm not losing a whole lot of money the shipping was extremely late you're not able to do a whole lot of follow-up to see where your package is customer service is almost none you send an email and they respond to you 24 to 48 hours later they never offer a refund or to work with you they're always giving you a small percentage of your money spent so it is a risk and I know the price is attractive but those pictures is what I would definitely give five stars because those five stars fool you into losing your money and making the purchase so buy at your own risk
You all send me two of the same dresses and a pair of shoes but I wanted the yellow dress like that the yellow one or either the black one I appreciate it if you are could send it thank you

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
