Item too small. They name it very difficult to return. Very disappointed

Ordered from this company CHICME it took almost a month to get my items. Ordered a large which is more like a medium. The pictures show these items look like a sweater material but in fact they are Polyester and Spandex the one top I got the strap was sewed backwards as shown in this picture. I was told that I can keep the clothes and they would refund me 10%, now why would I want to keep the clothes that dont fit and are not sewed correctly. The individual I spoke to "Quinn" was a unprofessional rude individual. I will never buy anything from this company that (1) doesnt have a phone number to speak with someone 2) you can only chat with the person which takes a day for them to get back to you because they are in china or somewhere overseas. Now I have to send back to a US address in order to get a refund and now they want proof that I sent the items. If you are going to conduct business in the US make sure your items are of quality and not cheap and make sure your items are noted that they are not true to size so in other words if you wear a large get a x-tra large. And dont treat customers like they dont matter after you took their money.

So I didn't like the material that you are made this outfit in also, I did not like how long it took to get the outfit

Delivery good but item vey creases in the packaging.

It took a long time to receive and the clothes were good, but not the highest quality. For the price, it hey are great.

Easy merchandise came in as expected very pleased.

My only hesitation was the Sizing at first, but when they arrived all was fine.
I just wish they had have instigated a refund without me asking about me not receiving an item in my order.

I like this site because there's a wide assortment of clothing and shoes. I haven't had any issues with sizing and my purchases arrived in a reasonable time.

Not the greatest experience. Order took very long to get and when it finally arrived, I tried on both items and was very disappointed. Outfits are poorly made, think material and the yellow one is almost see through.

My order took forever to arrive and when it did two out of the four items I ordered never arrived. Then I was informed that the two items were out of stock and would not be restocked. I did get a partial refund. Very disappointed and will not be ordering anything else from this company.

Overall for price I'm happy. Material not great but ok for price.
