Nice Products but the sizes were inaccurate. I wanted to return the items but that process was inconvenient and expensive, so I just kept them.

Product was not what I ordered the jump suit I ordered is in the order picture but not what I received the one I received had buttons down the legs

Some products are not as they appear on the site. The material felt very cheap

The experience was not bad but took a long time for order to ship which is why I will not return the too small item. I will give to someone who can use it.

I placed an order with chic me early April and not it's Early May
1: it take to long to received your order
2: no customers service number to dial to check on your order
3 this is not customer service to a consumer
4: they don't give any update after 10 day how your order is coming along, since you can't contact through phone
5: it always good to her a voice to assure the consumer the order will be received soon
