Company first stated that I waited too long to contact customer service, however I contacted customer service the day after receiving my items. When I asked for a refund, company suggested that they would give me half of what I paid for the item.

Return process is a pain, have to pay for the return shipping. They need to know the size of the return for proof. Shipping took too long. This was my first time ordering from this last, and unfortunately it will be my last. I will stick with shein.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
