Overall I had a very good experience, and the customer service agent was very professional when I contacted ChicMe regarding the product's arrival. The packaging, however, arrived to my residence rather torn and open. The shoes, to my surprise, were not damaged.
I wanted to send the dress back, but couldn't find where to do that and now I think it's too late. It was not a great experience since I was not happy with the product.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
