Very long shipping time, low quality goods, won't buy from this site again

It was cool no big complaints, something's good something's a little blah, normal online shopping experience.

Top fine but trousers far too big customer services would not give full refund only 25% and told me to give it someone not yet received refund

It took longer to get my order than I was told it would be. Sizes are not accurate. Order a swim suit that was defective. I sent pictures and was told I could not get my money back because it was a non returnable item. It was clearly defective. You can see from the photos that the straps are very short compared to another swim suit just like the one I ordered. Would never order again and would not recommend anyone else place an order. I would give minus 5 stars if i could

My Experience was good delivery was prompt and the pieces are nice not poly, but cotton the pieces look just as described. I would definitely purchase again

Unfortunately majority of items are pretty poor quality compare to what they are portrait in pictures, in colors too, it looks like washed out

Never received the 75.00 plus dollars in shoes therefore satisfied I am not dissatisfied is hardly close. They offered me a 10.00 coupon in exchange for the shoes not received. I think it would be beneficial for them to work on customer service and product replacement or refunds in full. I don't believe for a single moment I'm the only person who has experienced this. I will not be buying from chi me again

This was my first time ordering anything from ChicMe but I definitely will continue. I ordered quite a bit and everything came as advertised! Nothing was missing, nothing was late, everything fit great and was definitely worth the price!

I would not buy from them. They received the money instantly, however, it's more than a month and I'm still waiting.

Worst customer service ever! That is once you try to track down it's too late to fix or exchange- just say NO
