This is my third time purchasing from ChicMe. The clothes are really nice but the wait time is why I am giving a 3 star review. Customer service has been helpful and responsive when I've had to cancel one order and modify the shipping address for the other solely because the order was taking too long to process. I needed the clothes for vacation within three weeks and they weren't going to arrive in time. Granted the site provides an estimate but the cancel order I had was 3 weeks with no shipping confirmation. That's a bit especially when you have other online shopping companies like SHEIN whose clothes are cheaper and ships quickly. My last purchase will do it for me.

Frustrated and Disappointed. There was no order confirmation only knew the order went through by the charge notice email PayPal sends. Ordered several items and nothing fit. Sizes not true US sizing. Items also were not as nice as the pictures had looked. There was no packing slip or return instructions. The website didn't recognize my email address so I couldn't initiate a return through the website as the website instructed. I have written to the company through PayPal and still don't have a response about how to return my entire order. Near $175 I should have spent with a company I know and trust. Buyer Beware!

I think when you don't have items in stock customers shouldn't be able to select what's not there. Customer care charged for an item that they have to wait months for. I was very disappointed

I placed an order at the end of March and still have not received my items or a refund. I have reached out to both the customer service link and email and both keep telling me to wait. Why has my order not been found and if it's lost why can't i receive a refund.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
