Save your money! Chic me not only makes subpar clothing, they steal your money too! After going back and forth for days trying to return the items I had to use my own money to ship back only got them not to return my full refund. Save them headache and your money.

I was excited for the clothes to arrive. However, they looked more like nurse scrubs or pajamas. The material was not the same and didn't look like the picture. I tried returning, but I was given the option of a $5 coupon or 10% back. When I asked, so I cannot return, they responded, I just gave you the options. Sadly, I will not be ordering from them again.

Purchased a romper and Shoes due to the display online that caught my attention. The order came almost a month later and was definitely not as expected. The items were totally discolored from the site and way to big and long. I reached out to customer service who tried offering a percentage instead of my full amount in refund. I told them I would be more than happy to send these two items back for my refund and they failed to accommodate. The romper is very thin, not as colored on the website, and the shoes a poor quality in person. This was a complete epic fail. The fact they want send you a refund after waiting so long to receive the product is just down right wrong and unacceptable.
The products were good, but it took forever to get it. Had to keep emailing them, because there was no direct contact.
