I have been waiting for this company to ship my order to me. I Have a big trip coming up and gave them a month to get me my things and I have not gotten anything but notices of things they no longer have in stock. THEY GET YOUR MONEY BUT YOU HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING YOUR THINGS...CHICME NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN MOST SHOP WE ARE DOING IT WITH A EVENT IN MIND THAT WE NEED THING FOR. THEY HAVE PUT ME IN BIND FOR THINGS FOR THIS TRIP. NOW THEY WANT TO KEEP ASKING ME TO GIVE THEM TIME TO GET MY THINGS BACK IN STOCK. THEY SHOULD NEVER TAKE MONEY FOR SUFF THEY DO NOT HAVE READY TO SHIP OUT PERIOD! I WILL BE SHAREING THIS ON ALL 3 OF MY WEBSITES.
Customer services responded quickly when I inquired into why the item was taking so long. However tens did not make it in time for my trip. I ordered a month in advance.

3 pieces I wasn't satisfied with but my biggest issue was the shipping time it took almost a month and this is the second time I've ordered from them thinking after the first time it may have gotten better but it didn't don't think I'll order again unless shipping time changes.
I ordered 3 items on April 16 2023. Upon delivery on 4/23/23 I tried the items on and one item did not fit me well at all. I promptly wrote this company and requested a return label for one of the items. They then argued with me for 2 weeks regarding the giving me a full refund for the one item. I asked for a refund the first response I get was "10% refund to keep the item" I replied no and said I wanted a full refund. They then offered me "30% discount to keep the item" I responded back and said no I want a full refund for the item. They then offered me a "50% discount to keep the item". I've been in the customer service industry for work all my life and this is not what you do to a paying customer. So by the time I responded back to them rejecting their 50% offer to keep the item the 2 week window to return was gone. So now I get no refund at all. When they could've just honored my request the first time by honoring my decision and choice to return the item for a full refund. Never in my life have I dealt with a company that argues back with customers when asking for full refunds for items. Any other of these websites I've ever ordered clothes from have never done that to me so I will never be using ChicMe ever again!
Shipping time is decent. Quality is basic. Stuff Never comes torn, worn or coming apart. Some things the material and print looks hinky but when I order I usually like 3 things but there will be 2 things that I'll never wear. There little dresses are good for getaways and vacations.

The items I purchased were of good quality and delivered on time.
Overall it was a great experience. I thought it was some sort of scamming site at first so I got nervous but once the tracking info was sent I knew it was real. It's just like any other shop that ships from overseas, don't expect a quick delivery. It did take 3 weeks for me to receive my items.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
