I ordered and in 3 weeks it never got shipped or even had any kind of movement. So I ended up cancelling my order because it would not have gotten here when I needed it! It's so ridiculous that it never even got shipped or packaged in 3 weeks of order being place.

I requested a refund on an outfit but was told only 14 days, having ordered a week or so before our vacation, by the time we got home they wouldn't allow a refund. I explained I had fallen sick in US and been to hospital, so not been dressing up, as planned, and going out every night, but no sympathy what so ever just 'no return after 14 days' very poor and impersonal, shan't be using them again

Ordered an outfit. The pants were cut so bad and and the fit was horrendous. After several emails back and forth, customer service was not willing to let me return the outfit and just try to offer me a 30% refund. I said I just wanted to send it back for a full refund and I haven't heard from them since. No refund whatsoever, and now I'm stuck with an outfit that fits terrible and im out of the whole amount. I will never buy from ChicMe ever again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
