Was denied a return after receiving poorly made clothes. Terrible customer service.

Took a long time to receive merchandise at least 1 month

I ordered and in 3 weeks it never got shipped or even had any kind of movement. So I ended up cancelling my order because it would not have gotten here when I needed it! It's so ridiculous that it never even got shipped or packaged in 3 weeks of order being place.

Terrible I thought your products were true to size, but unfortunately they are not and it took too long to get my order over a month and a half!

Slippers is good, material for the out was not what I expected. Didn't fit.

Don't order from this company had to call after 4 weeks with no contact the next day I got a shipped email then a delivery receipt with no delivery never received merchandise and merchant refuses to give me my money back save your self the hassle and keep your money. Now I have to sue for a measly 250 bucks

Easy to order. Delivery was a little long. Loved the short set but the dress did not properly fit. Also felt fabric was flimsy. Gifted it to my sister.

Some outfits are exactly the way the look some are one and done! Wash it once and it's ruined.

Order two other dresses for my daughters graduation 4/28, it didn't arrive til we were leaving. For the graduation on 5/23, had to wear something else in my closet, very disappointed will never again order anything from this company ever!

I requested a refund on an outfit but was told only 14 days, having ordered a week or so before our vacation, by the time we got home they wouldn't allow a refund. I explained I had fallen sick in US and been to hospital, so not been dressing up, as planned, and going out every night, but no sympathy what so ever just 'no return after 14 days' very poor and impersonal, shan't be using them again

Everything was nice fits well colors are great and very comfortable

Ordered an outfit. The pants were cut so bad and and the fit was horrendous. After several emails back and forth, customer service was not willing to let me return the outfit and just try to offer me a 30% refund. I said I just wanted to send it back for a full refund and I haven't heard from them since. No refund whatsoever, and now I'm stuck with an outfit that fits terrible and im out of the whole amount. I will never buy from ChicMe ever again.
