First time shopper. Won't use them again

Poor quality product and unable to get a refund

Order took longer than expected. The shorts weren't the same as pic. The shorts r still nice but just disappointing

I purchased 2 dresses and a pair of sneakers. The sneakers are too small and the dresses fit very awkwardly. I would like to return the items, but so far all I get from the company is they will refund me 10% of my purchase price?. And I can keep the items. What am I going to do with the items that don't fit? I would like to send the items back and get a full refund.

I had emailed your company about exchanging the size of my My Happy Birthday dress because it ran big, no one ever returned an email and now it is past the 30 days. This sucks and now I can't do anything about it. Terrible service in making returns or exchanges.

My item got delivered to a different address, when I contact customer service they told me as it was delivered there is nothing they can do. As a company once made aware of the issue should have found a solution eg. Contact the carrier they used, issued a refund or a redeliver the item.

This is my second time ordering from this company and haven't been pleased with the product I've received. Online your company advertised some great looking products but once received it nothing like I saw online. Also it takes too long to receive your product. I won't be ordering from this company again.

This company pretends it will take returns, but they do not. They want to offer partial refunds of your money and keep the item. If it doesn't fit why would I want to keep it? Then after they keep offering partial refund and I continue to ask for full refund and information on how to send it back they say the time has expired to complete a return. I started trying to return the items the day they came in the mail. Terrible Customer Service! It's a joke. 06/07 after my review they offered 50% refund. I felt defeated and took it. They WOULD NOT refund my full amount no matter what I said. I still stand by my original review. Terrible Experience fighting to return clothes for my money back.

Everything was as shown. They're just run a little small. So make sure to get a size bigger.

Material not always very nice and sizes way too small!
