My item got delivered to a different address, when I contact customer service they told me as it was delivered there is nothing they can do. As a company once made aware of the issue should have found a solution eg. Contact the carrier they used, issued a refund or a redeliver the item.
Pictures were fantastic. Shipping was also all right product was horrible took it all to the second hand store total waste of money.
This is my second time ordering from this company and haven't been pleased with the product I've received. Online your company advertised some great looking products but once received it nothing like I saw online. Also it takes too long to receive your product. I won't be ordering from this company again.
This company pretends it will take returns, but they do not. They want to offer partial refunds of your money and keep the item. If it doesn't fit why would I want to keep it? Then after they keep offering partial refund and I continue to ask for full refund and information on how to send it back they say the time has expired to complete a return. I started trying to return the items the day they came in the mail. Terrible Customer Service! It's a joke. 06/07 after my review they offered 50% refund. I felt defeated and took it. They WOULD NOT refund my full amount no matter what I said. I still stand by my original review. Terrible Experience fighting to return clothes for my money back.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
