Dress is nothing as pictured. Color is off, material very thin, no support

My jumpsuit arrived with only one button so I had to order buttons from Amazon. ChicMe did give me a $6 coupon for my next order. Minus that hiccup the jumpsuit is nice and I received lots of compliments.

This is not true to American styles, they all must have came from China

They should have been sold separately. So you could order different sizes.

I think for the amount I paid the material is very cheap & isn't flattering at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CHICME! This company is a scam. They take your money, give you sub standard clothes then will refuse to refund you.

I placed my order on April 19,2023. My order did not arrive until May 26,2023. I actually asked to cancel the order on May 5th because it hadn't shipped and they refused to cancel it. After I asked to cancel the order the problem was suddenly fixed and my order shipped the same day.

After waiting over a month my clothes finally arrived. The clothes are poorly sewn with bad stitching. The material is very thin and see through. The shoes are very poorly made and feel like they are on the wrong foot no matter which foot you put them on. The clothes are faded and the screen printing on the dress and jumper I ordered is already peeling.

I asked for a return slip for a refund and they offered me 10% refund. I spent over $100 on this order and I can't wear any of it and they are refusing to refund me. I said no to the 10% and then they offered a 40% refund and to keep the clothes. I don't want to keep clothes that are fit for the trash.
Nothing I ordered was advertised as nonrefundable or final sale yet they refuse to refund.

Do not order from these scammers

They do not fulfill their return policy worst company I've ever dealt with will never order from them again

Overall not happy. Order never arrived despite being marked as delivered. Chic me refused to contact couriers. Refused to replace or refund. Offered me a paltry sun as a good will gesture. Absolute rubbish service. Will never use again

Delivery was ok, item is not true to size. Way too small.

Let's see how long it takes for my order. It took 30 days.

I didn't receive my items due to my mistake. They did a good job communicating and responding

The shoes look nothing like the picture. I was so disappointed. They gave back half of the price of the shoe for refund. I wouldn't suggest ordering from there.
