First time ordering, and I'd never order again. The dresses didn't fit and it was a nightmare to get them to send me a return label. They didn't want to refund me and after a week or so of arguing with them they finally gave a return address. I donated the dresses and learned a lesson. Don't order from this company, they do not stand behind their products.!

The sweater is not what was described in the picture and is not free flowing as advertised. The neck does not fall off shoulder it is more a fitted v neck style. The sweater is overly thick and bulky. I would not purchase this if given the opportunity again! Plus it took like over 3 weeks to come — a waited disappointment!

First time buyer, popped up on my instagram like the clothes and ordered the blazer, took a while to get delivered. All in all it was good
I have spent over a month requesting information to return the items. One item has a broken zipper and all do not fit. I was going to change to a different size, but at this point, I want nothing to do with Chic Me. Every time I request info to refund they ask for SKU code, even though, I told them that the entire order needs to be returned, plus the SKU codes are listed in the email and chat thread. I guess it is a delay tatic. They offered me 10% to keep the order---NO THANK YOU. Then they offered 30%. I was clear refund me my money.
The clothing is nice but general. I've enjoyed most products but it doesn't state if clothing is for petite, tall or short so some items are conducive to my body type although Chic tells you about the model.
ChicMe it's very good brand to use as part of their product and marketing strategy. I am impressed with their products and customer support and service aswell. Thanks for your service.

I haven't ordered from chicken for a while. I moved to Gennessee. I noticed that I needed to change my address. I changed it in the order form twice before it took. I checked again to make sure in my order review. It went to the old address. I contacted Customer Servoce and they said,Sorry, you asked us to send it to the old address. No help, no offer of assistance, I emailed back hoping for a better outcome. Same email. Basically, sorry about your luck." No help no assistance. So I'm out the merchandise. I won't order from you again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
