After taking a month to get my items, it arrived missing pieces two outfits that were supposed to be two piece sets. I'm very dissatisfied. I would not recommend anyone order from them unless you want to wait forever to only maybe hopefully get all your items then when you try to speak with customer service, it just sends you back to the home screen and you can't get back on Only reason they got one star is because I had to put something trash!

At first I was iffy that the site was a scam. The more I saw ads on Facebook the harder it was not to place an order. Still skeptical I used a prepaid card lol. I received my order and everything I ordered was just as it appeared online. The clothing is made of good quality material. I'm so glad I was wrong about ChicMe.

It was good. The delivery however took too long. The items are well made and I liked most of them! Will definitely order again.

Very satisfied with this first order. To future customers, take a good look at the choice of delivery because I placed an order on May 12th and my package and arrived today June 16th

All items are not true to size not even close. When trying to get a refund they just kept offering me a discount off the items I had ordered after explaining the items aren't of any use to me. Will never use again more hassle then it's worth

You lied about sending my order plus sending a delivery email when all along nothing was delivered. When contacted you further lied that you could not locate the address. You then said it will be delivered and 2 months I'm still waiting. CHICME is a SCAM!

It's always a gamble when shopping with this retailer. If you were able to actually return, exchange or get refunds it would be better but you know what they say, you get what you pay for. And sometimes you get the opposite of what you paid for. But overall 40% of their products are worth it for the price.

I find that it is very hard to return items! They do not make it easy!

Well done but long delivery but perfect. Mrs loved it and everything was perfect, great quality looks more than what it's worth.

I love the up-to-date style and I love that it takes about a week and a half for the items to be delivered. You have to order up a size for the tops because they run a little small.

Requesting return of all items except white pants. Sent email 2 weeks ago with no answer

Compliments on the first day I wore these flower sandals. Very pretty and very comfortable size 8 was true to size, the strap fit and all!

You need do better with process and delivery it take almost month to receive clothes

It has been almost two months and I still have not received my order! I tried contacting them and it took almost a week to get a response, and it still did not answer my questions! Very very disappointed in the customer service! I won't order again because of it!

I have never shopped on line before, because I was afraid that the outfit would not fit.properly but that's not the case with ChicMe.

I don't think I will order from this site again. The shipping was delayed. The products were not as expected. Writing items are a hassle and you have to pay for your own returns.

Easy shopping, great look, quality material and free shipping is always a plus.

Customer service is very poor 1 message every 24 hours had to ask for refund as the flip flops were damaged when I received them
