After taking a month to get my items, it arrived missing pieces two outfits that were supposed to be two piece sets. I'm very dissatisfied. I would not recommend anyone order from them unless you want to wait forever to only maybe hopefully get all your items then when you try to speak with customer service, it just sends you back to the home screen and you can't get back on Only reason they got one star is because I had to put something trash!
At first I was iffy that the site was a scam. The more I saw ads on Facebook the harder it was not to place an order. Still skeptical I used a prepaid card lol. I received my order and everything I ordered was just as it appeared online. The clothing is made of good quality material. I'm so glad I was wrong about ChicMe.
It was good. The delivery however took too long. The items are well made and I liked most of them! Will definitely order again.

All items are not true to size not even close. When trying to get a refund they just kept offering me a discount off the items I had ordered after explaining the items aren't of any use to me. Will never use again more hassle then it's worth
You lied about sending my order plus sending a delivery email when all along nothing was delivered. When contacted you further lied that you could not locate the address. You then said it will be delivered and 2 months I'm still waiting. CHICME is a SCAM!

It's always a gamble when shopping with this retailer. If you were able to actually return, exchange or get refunds it would be better but you know what they say, you get what you pay for. And sometimes you get the opposite of what you paid for. But overall 40% of their products are worth it for the price.
I find that it is very hard to return items! They do not make it easy!

I love the up-to-date style and I love that it takes about a week and a half for the items to be delivered. You have to order up a size for the tops because they run a little small.

I don't think I will order from this site again. The shipping was delayed. The products were not as expected. Writing items are a hassle and you have to pay for your own returns.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
