I spent over 200.00 on clothes and shoes then 2 weeks later I go to track my order and the website is shut down. So mad

It was a horrible experience. First it took too long for my clothes to get to me. I had to go out and purchase more clothes for an event. When I received my package mostly everything in my order was too small, but the customer service was more than helpful at the end.

Looking for vacation clothes. I didn't expect the clothing to fit since I wear a size 10-12 US but I went by the size chart and ordered a size 6. I thought I'd h JJ Ave to send it back

Most of the clothes are Amazing but some are cut too small or just cheap material.

Took more than 2 weeks for me to receive my order but love the product. Order way ahead of time if you need a dress for a special occasion.

It was okay for my family gifts I don't have 50 characters to type

When I tried to return it they made me talk to a person for 6 days and they offered only a 50% off and like half of a refund! By the time I got the label to return it was too late! So I had to keep the items! I will NEVER order from here again!

I have ordered from different sites and I have never experienced horrible service, clothes are not sized correctly and to return the merchandise you have to pay to return it. To return 4 items I have to pay over $60 for merchandise that the sizing was deceiving. Beautiful merchandise horrible customer service. I will never shop this site again and will make sure I let everyone be aware. Very disappointing.
