My order took over a month to receive, ordered May 5th. Upon delivery I tried on all items. 3 of them were too large, 1 too small. I immediately reached out as I wanted these items for my upcoming honeymoon trip that I was leaving in 3 days. They kept trying to get me to accept a low percentage (started at 10%) and keep the items. After asking for a full refund and the address where to send, I received that information on Sat June 17th, I was already out of the county and immediately returned the items on Thursday, June 22nd, when I returned. Last email stated that they won't except my return as it's over 14 days. I have the full text string from whatsapp. Now they arent responding, but my return was delivered. Thank goodness i have a great bank! First and last time ordering.

I ordered a pair of boots from this company. When I opened the package I noticed that the zipper on one of the boots were broken. I instantly sent this company a email letting them know I just received my package and the zipper is broken on one of the boots as well as I also sent the company a picture of the boot with the broken zipper. This company replied back asking me to repair the boots. I replied back no that I will not repair the the brokne zipper and asked the company for a refund. I also stated to this company that I will return the boots but the company has to pay for the boots to be returned. This company replied back stating that I have to pay to have the boots returned inorder to get my refund. I agree with returning the boots but I do not agree with having to pay to return the boots when this company sent me the boots with a broken zipper. I feel like this company is a scam! I may have lost money due to this company and there scamming but I do not want anyone else to have to go through what I been through. Please be aware and please be careful when ordering anything from this company ChicMe is a scam for real!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
