Shipping was extremely long and I think the return process is horrible.

I have two pairs of stained shoes that no one is trying to resolve this problem and I have a problem with that when I order something and it arrive to me damaged stained someone needs to do some about this not just offer me $20 for 140 dollar order I placed with this company in that's just not satisfying to me

Like the product would have thought the shipping would have been faster when I shot with. Wish I get my product faster with them then I do with you guys
