There is no clear way to return items. Got in contact with chic me to try and arrange one. I was asked 3-4 times which item which I responded to and they still did not send instructions for refund. Now they are saying it has gone past the date and they won't refund or exchange. Day light robbery will never shop with them again.

I was really disappointed how long it took to get my merchandise that I ordered. When I finally received it, it didn't fit. It was too big. I followed the chart that they had and my dresses were way too big. I then tried to return them to get a refund and they gave me a hard time returning the merchandise. I still yet to get my refund. They don't make it easy for you to return a product.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
