Scammers!

I was supposed to receive my order on feb 5th. I contacted them twice. First they said it was out of stock.the second time they said it takes 25 days for delivery! And they sent me two different tracking numbers. Mind you there is no way to track your order. Lesson learned, never again! Save your money everyone

Items are not the greatest quality. Returns are a headache so they will offer partial credit. The end result you pay for something that you can not wear or sale. Poor customer service. AVOID THEM

I have had exactly the same experiences as all of below.
Customer Service at Chic M is rock bottom. As soon as you ask for exact fact about your order they either answer with information that is different every time (ID nmbrs and shipment companies), or they block you.
However, when I wanted pymnt back instead of items, this worked effectively since I had used PayPal as payment.

Do NOT order from this site. I placed an order on 1/19/17 and I still have not received it! The tracking numbers are totally fake! When I search them over and over in multiple places, it tells me that the order does not exist. I wasted $100. I will definitely never order from this company again. Please do not make the same mistake as me. People with good reviews are paid or bribed to do so. This is a true review and I will not lie to anyone. No matter how flattering the pictures and prices appear to be, do NOT fall for this!

Unsatisfied! And very upset purchased 3 orders jan/19 they "shipped" my items out but yet its Feb/1 and I still haven't received anything! I message them a few days ago very concerned and today I receive a message from them that my item is out of stock Lmfao that's just ridiculous, it's supposedly has been shipped out, Yet now after days done passed by they wanna tell me its out of stock! Scam

Do not EVER buy from them. I purchased 4 items. One on a Monday, the rest on Thursday. I received the items I bought last, but they items were not as described nor did they match the picture. The first item, I still haven't received and it's been a MONTH! And I can no longer track the shipping. I asked to return and they will only return 30% of what I paid. They haven't begun to feel my anger...

I've contacted them three times to find out why they didn't ship the items I paid for three weeks ago. First they asked about my zipcode, which was correct on my order. Two weeks later, even thought their own website said the order was still "processing" they said the package was lost in shipping and said they'd ship a new one, and gave me a tracking number. One week later that tracking number shows they still haven't shipped.

AVOID. They look like scammers.

I didn't receive my full order. What I did receive didn't look like the pics. This site is the worst. I had no issues with Tbdress or Roaso, however either way I will stick with shopping in the US

SCAM SITE ALERT!

This store is a SCAM! And its one of many SCAM SITES that are linked together and based in China. All there photos are stolen! Stolen personal selfie pics, stolen photos from other legitimate online stores, I have even seen photos on their site of people I'm following on IG. They crop the models heads off for infringement purposes. When one site gets closed down they open another. IG and FB should be sued for allowing these well know SCAM STORES to falsely advertise on there sites! BUYER BEWARE!

I contacted the customer service, sent them all information (order numbers, pictures, than pictures that I marked) what they need a lot of times. When placing an order its takes to long to arrive, poor tracking information. Then when something does not fit you can not send it back. Its sad because you spending money and if something does not fit you can not even send it back. Bad site. I guess I have to stay with Victoria Secret. I have no way to figure out my size.

But the shipping time is depending on the shipping method you choose, normally if you choose Standard Shipping method, it need take a little longer time to worldwide. Two of my 4 items finally arrived. The stitching ripped as I opened up the packaging. One shirt is such a small make, ordered XL and it doesn't fit my Size 10 daughter ( Australian size) I'm a size 14. Will never buy from this site EVER!

I ordered a dress from Chic Me and it was nothing like advertised. It fitted great, however, the rich black color was grey and it didn't match the material that the picture portrayed. I mean it comes all the way from China so expect the cheapest quality possible. Shipment takes roughly about a month so you'll be waiting forever. I wish I could upload the pic but I can't. Just don't waste your time or money!

#1, The clothes do not match the pictures! The reason I ordered here was to get a better fit for a curvy girl and unique clothing. The stuff that arrived ( it will not come in one box or bag) looks like something I can pick up at Walmart. Shapeless and poor quality.
#2, You will wait a VERY VERY VERY long time to get it. They cover your shipping but they must pay for the slowest boat to get it here. You will never know where it is tho due to the fact that their tracking numbers or company is not reliable or works at all. You will not know where your package is. Ordered 4 items Nov. 26th for Christmas, they did not get here. I have received 1.
#3, There is no real way of contacting them. I agree with the other person who said use paypal, as I plan to go after them. I notice that someone from this company seems "concerned". Maybe he should be addressing these complaints as they come in instead of commenting on the pissed off people later.
Do NOT buy from this company unless you like to gamble with your money! Should of gone somewhere in town! Should of done my homework first. MY BAD!
