I ordered a black boyfriend jacket. I also ordered a size larger and it is still to small. Tried to return it and that was a disaster. It will cost me more to ship it back to China than what I paid for it. BUYER BEWARE. Poor quality!
Possibly one of the worst online experiences I have encountered. I do not leave reviews very often but don't want others to fall victim of their scams. I ordered two dresses which came to a total of £56.58. I waited over 6 weeks for them to come with no correspondence from them at all, so I went online and used their online chat, the lady on the other end was extremely rude and basically told me I need to be patient and then ended the chat with me. I then emailed in a massive complaint saying I would open up a complaint with paypal if they did not give me my money back, suddenly they replied saying the items had been shipped that day (coincidence) and gave me the tracking number). I then waited another 2 weeks for the items to arrive. The quality was ridiculously POOR, they was the size of a tea towel, transparent and so flimsy, they honestly must have cosy pennies to make. Their 'policy' says you cannot return until speaking to them and low and behold they were not replying to my emails! I then opened up a complaint with paypal and someone obviously got back to me then telling me it's down to me to pay for returns! So I reluctantly paid and returned the items and have not heard back since. They purposely do not include invoices in hope that you will not bother to send them back so I wrote my own paper 'invoice' with all my details on. WORST 'COMPANY' EVER.
P. s they also have 'reviews' on their page but there is no where to leave a review? And on their Privacy policy it says they have the right to remove reviews. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.
Please, can somebody help me with the customer's service number or email address? I have ordered a dress from this website for the past two months. I haven't heard from them.
I've read numerous reviews on here and they are facts! Please dont allow this company to receive any more money. Because I placed my order on May 1st and as of June 20th I still haven't received my order. Also on top of that they sent me a tracking number of someone else order. Total scam!

My anticipated ship date was April 28 it is June 16 and it hasn't left the warehouse! Waste of money! There customer service doesn't even work it goes straight to voicemail atleast give me a refund!

Their android app crashed and so I paied twice. I have yet to get my £78.28 back... I have been waiting for 16 weeks.
I then returned 3 pairs of shows in april... no trace of them or payment since.

I ordered face mask in beginning of May paid $20 extra to have them shipped quicker. I've emailed this company twice they keep saying my items are on the way. I check the tracking number they send and my package has been sitting in California since May 23rd... it's now June 12th. I've asked for a refund of my money or at least the extra $20 I paid for quick shipping that didn't happen and am being told they can't refund me. I'm pissed I spend over $150 with this company and can't get a dime back. Someone needs to shut this place down I can see I'm not the only one that's had a $#*!ty review.

Ordered two cute scarfs back in middle april that i was going to use for masks. Got notification it was shipped april 26th. Got to the los angels port on april 28th which its currently still sitting at in customs. Its june 4th now. If i would of known it would take this long i would never had ordered. So if you dont care to wait then order all you want. I totally forgot i ordered too so make sure you pay attention.

This company is a scam. I placed an order on April 18. I emailed them on numerous times regarding my merchandise. I finally heard back from them on May 23 with a tracking number that doesn't exist. To this day, I am emailing them and haven't gotten a response.
If you do not want to get scammed, stay away from this company.

This company is a scam. I placed an order on April 2nd. I'm writing this review May 21. Not only have I NOT received the merchandise, I have also tried to cancel this order and haven't heard back. I had to call my bank and get reimbursement. I wish I knew this earlier.
I'm absolutely in love with my new dress, it is just amazing! The size fits exactly as the size chart says. The shipment was fast and I received it as expected. The communication was also very good. And the dress! It is even more beautiful than in the picture! I'll repeat my purchase again in Chicme and would recommend it to my family and friends.

I read so much about this website. Mostly from instagram and social media and even if some reviews weren't the best most of them were good and convinced me to give it a go. I didn't expect such a wide range of products, I ended up placing quite a big order and everthing I got was exactly like the pictures. Prices are affordable and there's literally something for anybody. I knew shipping would have taken a bit considering where they're shipping from but it actually wasn't so bad neither. I would buy from them again!
These people are scammers. I ordered 3 pairs of sandals at the end of april. It is about to be June and have not received anything. They will not answer and had to escalate it to. Paypal. They answered PayPal and now there is an ongoing case. I have tried to contact them but nothinggggggg. I am livid and they are not refunding me. The lowest scum of the earth... I have no sandals for summer due to these POS AND THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT PAYPAL IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PHONE CALLS DUE TO COVID. I am going to go above and beyond to make sure these people scam noone else... do not not waste your money on these low quality items and don't give your money to scam artists.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
