Took forever to receive products. During checkout it wasn't easily evident it was coming from China and would take 3 weeks. If I had known it was coming from China I would've not ordered it.

Not happy because a customer can't contact their number

Cool style but the quality isnt cheap Af. The button almost fall apart but i guess u get what u pay for.

Ordering was easy pictures descriptions of items were beautiful however when received the one teddy never received second quality was extremely poor and size was not true.

Overall I paid wayyy too much for something that was too big and made out of cheap material for the price point. It looks like a pillowcase with a gold chain.

The pants were not what I bought the nightwear the part of the dinners very small the natural blouse color too small

Love the dress but took a little to long to receive the dress. I'm still in love with the dress.

This is the first time I have used chic me and am extremely disappointed... the zip broke trying the trousers on, the dress was worn once and had lost a popper. The red Christmas top when washed ran and so the white snowflakes are now pink and the stitching on the grey top is completely damaged, so I have worn 2 of the products once each and none of it is now wearable. Extremely disappointed.

2 of 4 items don't fit properly and I can't return or get reimbursed for them. I lost approx. $40 for $#*! we can't use.

I really love my outfit I thought it was going to be back in time for my birthday but it did. It fit just perfect. Everyone absolutely loved it.

The blouse and skirt is pretty but the skirt was too small although I had ordered it a one size larger.
