All items are not at all like the items ordered. Too small, off colors, bad lace, arrived late.

I made two orders, both I had issues with. They sent two sweaters in the wrong colour (pink instead of white) and they sent me a defective pair of shoes where the strap is twisted. I inquired through their support email and they told me I have to pay return shipping like any other return. Company mistake, company should pay. I paid for things that I didn't properly receive and they won't help. Don't buy from this company.

The product was nothing like image. The fit was terrible. Material cheap. This was my second purchase as hoped the first one had been a one off but both times same experience.

Very disappointed with the shoes when I received them. Cheap looking and not what I expected.

Very slow shipping, didn't get it before Christmas with minimal shipping updates. Once it finally showed up days after Christmas my girlfriend tried it on and it was missing a button.

I ordered some clothes but wasnt that pleased with the items

All shirts where nice both sweater fit well. The t shirts all 3 ran small and did not fit

It told a little to get here but we understand why.

I took over a month to receive the package which was ripped. I opened it up i ordered XXL thinking it would fit me its too tight sizes are for smaller people, i would love to see what a large is. The cup size for xxl is c cup and thongs included looks a small size not large. Either their sizes are very small or i was sent the wrong one.

Shipping cost seems high and additional for insurance. Was pleased with fit and quality. Order was shipped from overseas, instead of US distribution center. Order was placed on Dec 7 and did not arrive until Dec 28. Disappointed shipment did not arrive before Christmas.

Delivery took long but it was flawlessly delivered!

It was quite good except the price i expect to get both pants and top as a suit and not only top in such a price!

I submitted a return request over 14 days. No response. Sent pictures of the flaw items as well.

Product does not look as it does on site. And was weeks late so defeated the purpose of the reason I purchased.

Slow shipping times. Ships from China and expedited shipping didn't stop it from being shipped over a week after I ordered it. Not a good company in my experience.
