Very good experience. All of the clothing fit to size but there is one blouse that I ordered a few months ago and it is difficult to pull over my head.
The opening in the back is too small. Should have brought this issue to you'll attention earlier.
Item was way to small and conversion to UK sizes must be way off the mark. I have been asked to pay for the item's return to qualify for a refund which will cost me 50% of the purchase price.

I actually came across ChicMe in my Facebook feed. I thought the merch looked really cute, so I checked it out! I'm so glad I did! I ended up ordering two different rompers. Both incredibly sexy, and comfortable! 100% husband approved as well! I was impressed with how quickly I heard back from Chicme, and also the system they use to track your items. I was also incredibly happy when I tried my rompers on, and they seem to be 'true to size.' There's nothing more disappointing then when you order lingerie in what should be your size, and it turns out to be either too big, or too small. So thank you so much for the way you size your merch! ChicMe has quickly become a favorite for ordering lingerie! Great quality and great service!
I don't think I will order again due to size issue with products. Shoes ordered 2 pairs size 4.5 and a size 5 the 4.5 is way to small and the size 5 is massive no reasoning to the sizes. Clothes really the same sizings to different.

The order took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive. What I got was different than what was shown in catalog. It was very similar but the things that attracted me to the item were missing. It was still nice for the price, but it was disappointing at the same time.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
