I find it's very hard to work out sizing when buying clothes from this company, delivery is expensive and no return label is included, the hassle I have to find a way to return an item I bought for Christmas, I still havent been able to work out a way. Iv paid to deliver I shouldn't have to pay to return something that didnt fit! And not all of us have printers and nothing is easy during lockdown.

Wig purchased after seeing ad. Wig arrived and was nothing like picture. Disappointed and waste of money.
Great experience. On the gray outfit, it had threads hanging everywhere. (I forgot to mention that in the individual review for it) Other than that, both outfits fit perfectly. I ordered a medium.

This hair definitely isn't real. I've been buying wigs for over 15 years and have NEVER been so disappointed. It is literally that shiny, fake hair that is on Barbie's head. I want a refund but not sure I feel like the hassle of trying to send it back! I was so excited to receive my wigs when I ordered but it ended in true disappointment. Sorry for my honesty but I'm trying to save others from disappointment.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
