I usually have a very good experience with ChicMe's products but I had to experience one bad one I guess. I sent an email and still haven't heard back. I don't have original packaging but my pants were delivered with no button hole.

I recommend this retailer, the pajama set I got was exactly as described and high quality for a good price. Shipping does take a few weeks if you live in the United States but it was still faster than other things I've ordered coming from China. It was presented well in a Chic Me branded thick zip bag and had a boutique tag attached. The pearl and heart applique are perfect and I love the grey leopard print! I would buy from this shop again!

The products look great in the ads however the quality and fit leave something to be desired. The ads of the pants and panties should always have both front and rear views. Many did not. My order was promised well before Valentines Day but did not come to several days after.
Items look better online than in person. Need to have information on how to return items not satisfied with. Items were delivered to the wrong address although the correct address was on the packages

Pretty simple and straight forward. Although the app works better than the website. One item was sold out but still remained on website. That was the only issue really. They responded quickly and I was able to exchange it. I was worried about the sizing as everyone is when ordering online but they were spot on. I do wish they had better quality pictures for some of theirs products.
The bra from lace trim BH set has a cut (!) in the front middle. It is clearly to see that this must have happened when cutting the bulk pack and repackaging into the retail bags. This is a shame that it is not controlled before sending. Second I ordered the XL size. The cub of the bra was not even able to cover my little fist. Now imagine, I would have ordered the size M or S. Would this be the size of a hen egg?! The XL size is not even a S size in reality. Either this was again a mistake when packing or I feel really fooled by this retailer.
So my first experience with ChicMe was so poor, certainly I will never ever again shop at their sites!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
