Most Clothes aren't like site. Quality bad! I spent $300 on clothes and what a waste. One bathing suit wasn't even what I ordered. A bra was supposed to come in a pack of two n only came one. I was supposed to get a refund on a item out of stock and never received it. I rather shop from forever 21 and HnM where there quality is so much better than this site. I am still receiving items I ordered in late March. And still till this day haven't received all of my order. Never again! A disaster!
Shipping took a total of a month and a half to get everything. I planned the purchases with 2-3 weeks of buffer time but it didn't matter since it took 5.
I did not like the fact you took my credit card info twice in different parts of the purchase. Also when I click on an item to view it then go back it's way back to the top of the page instead of where I was on the page. Now that you have communicated with me I'm happy I made this purchase.

No issues, all was perfect. Item was as Dia robed. It was a gift and wife liked very much. Will buy again in the near future.
I was a little skeptical about pushing that pay now button, however I received my items in two shipments within a month, and a follow up to make sure I had received them. I DID NOT however receive the correct item for the white print shirt I purchased, instead getting a plain white shirt. It went with the newspaper print shirt, but it was not what I ordered. Not sure what happened there or how to file a complaint
I was nervous because this is the first time buying in chicme, so I was thinking that maybe the product it was not going to be nice so guess what? When received the package with my product it was awesome I love it!

Chic me processing time is 3-7 days. I've had for it orders sitting, one of them goes back by weeks in processing. Mainly because shipping takes almost a month to get here. I don't know what has happened to this business but the customer service is poor! Very poor! I've reached out several times regarding this problem and i keep getting the same generic answer like it is an automated system. Save your money unless your willing to wait several months for your product! And be ignored by customer service!
Not a very good experience. I bought this dress for over $42.00 and can't find where I can get a refund to send the dress back. So disappointed. I reached out to the company and haven't got a return email.

I have never had such poor customer experience. I placed my order on May 3 and here it is June 13 and still not received my order. I have been in contact with the support team and still haven't gotten anywhere. I asked for a refund( after 3 weeks) before my order was ever shipped and was told it was about to be sent to Fed Ex and they could not refund my order. Then as I wait a couple more weeks and the package and still no package. At this point i am cutting my loss and just know better to ever shop with ChicMe again. Safe your self the frustration.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
