Received order 2 days ago but not yet tried but satisfied with quality

Took quite a while to get it but still good quality and good looking

Enjoyed browsing lots of wonderful designs, easy to use, phone app works brilliant.
Delivery to the UK does take a while but very much worth the extra wait. Feel secure in my purchase and all outfits were tailored well. Buy with confidence. Will be ordering more. 100%recommended

I think your customer service reps are kind, helpful and great. Some items look just like the picture and some dont. Its 50/50, and the items took a month to get to me. Not complaining about the time really because of the pandemic but I felt like I should have been told that when ordering. Returning the items im not satisfied with after speaking to a representative and hopefully the refund wont take as long as the delivery. Thanks

The experience was great. I love the appearance and the quality of the clothing received. I wish I had an idea prior to size, but other than that it was great.

Got the leggings in a timely manner they were of good material but seam was stitched wrong.

Hi I usually buy at least a couple of items a month from this company all of their tops are original nice and true to the size I order

Some items are good, some are not. Sizes are correct. Material is okay

I place my order, 5 items in March 2021. Got 3 of the 5 items. It's May, and STILL have not received the sneakers and jogging suit. Can't get a response from customer service. You were quick to get the payment, but won't send my merchandise. Very shady. Never buy anything from this company again!

The processing took forever but once the item was shipped it came pretty fast.

Comfy, everything fit and It looked great! Order took a little longer, but customer service kept in contact!

I notice item ordered earlier and returned is now in larger sizes.

It took too long on pants delivery. I hated the long wait.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 4/16 and they were scheduled to be delivered today 5/7 and according to the FedEx website they were delivered at 4:33 pm, but I never received them and I was home until 6 pm. I called FedEx and the gentleman said that because the cheapest shipment option was selected he could not file a claim and that I would have to go through Chic Me directly. I have been trying to speak with someone for the past 2 hours and my chat keeps getting disconnected and isn't allowing me the option to reconnect. At one point the virtual customer rep gave me someone else's tracking number and told me that mine was still in transit. I live in GA that tracking was going to PA. I am very disappointed with my first experience and I'll never order from them again.

Looked promising but when the clothes came they didn't look anything like the pictures on the website and were cheaply made

I ordered 6 items from this company. It took over a month to arrive and when I did nothing fit to three measurements provided. I ordered XL in everything based on the sizes listed and everything looked like a small whennit arrived. I also ordered what I thought were jeans but they were some type of very thin spandex see-through pants that were very pour quality. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company if you value your money.
