I love every item I got but the shipping and delivery time is not worth it.

Takes a long time to receive over a month but everything is good

It was easy to order and quality product. Shipping takes longer than I would have liked but the material is very soft. Would recommend reading the sizing charts well and in some cases would still size up.

I don't feel like doing this $#*! Everytime I order a gift for someone so I won't make this mistake again

I'm not so trusting in sites oversees or sites with no real way to contact and or communicate. I made a small purchase to see if I would receive the item. Well, I did receive my purchase in three weeks or so.

Everything was good, just slow shipping, but overall everything was good! I would definitely use again and would recommend to my friends as well

Only liked one item two of the items came in wrong size which ur error and I'm in the process of Returning all five of them Just waiting on information from you guys on how to return

Its been close to two months and i still have not received my items. I contacted them to just get a refund and i was denied due to them telling me the items have shipped when i have not gotten any information regarding my order. Then they told me it was out of stock. Not sure how items can be shipped and then told they are out of stock. Never again will i purchase from them. If you want to order from them expect to receive them in the late future. Terrible service do not waste your time.

Overall the things I've received from this company are okay but be aware that what you see in some of the pictures is not what you'll get when you order. Their policy for returns is pretty restrictive so be aware.

I was worried at first because it took a while for my order to process and ship. I reached out to customer service and advised my concern because I purchased for a trip coming up. The rep told me not to worry it would be taken care of, and the order was shipped the next day. I was worried that due to covid it would still take a long time to get to me since a lot of items hold in the US before delivering, but it came right to me.
