Order took for ever to arrive, I never received a tracking number then when I received the shoes they were the cheapest material absolutely horrible quality. I decided to return there is no paid lable I had to pay $22 per shoe to ship back.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
