I placed an order on April 26th, 2021 for some shoes for my birthday which was May 15th 2021. The site advises that it can take 4-7 days to process the order and then it will ship out... it has now been almost a month and the last update to my order shows:

I am livid! My order is stuck in this whatever pending/ processing stage and has not even shipped. I reached out to Chic Me on 05/11/21 to see if my shoes would be here before my birthday like the site's shipping/processing advised they would and I was advised the items in my order were not even in stock and to give them 5-7 days. Their exact words:
"Hello, Due to a spike in demand, the item(s) you ordered, is still in processing. We expect the item to be restocked within 5-7 business days. Your order will be shipped at that time. Customer Service - Cindy"
At this point 5-7 days has again passed. We are on week 4. I would just like a refund. I am LIVID..

First, it took 6 weeks to get my order. I was anxious to get it open to try it on, but just from opening and feeling the fabric, I knew it wasn't going to be as described. The photo shows a sleek, classy, sexy look and that was anything but sleek. The fit was fine, but it was really bulky in the front and it wasn't something that complicated my curves. I was very irritated and disappointed. Every time I give a new company a try, lately I've been disappointed. This is not even an outfit I want to give away, it went out in my trash for the week.

Not good! My items were delivered 5 weeks later and quality and sizing was off.
It was a nice skirt as shown but bucklet was broken to tie in around thigh, it took forever to come atleast 5 weeks so plan accordingly if you have plans to wear it

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
