I like the clothes very much. It's hard even checking the size chart. My last order was to large, but I gave them to my neighbor and they fit her just fine.

I have purchased from this company for years and have loved their clothes for the most part. Some of them are cheap but others are not. Which is the reason for 1 star. I received a top and wore it one time. It ripped, so I contacted customer service through email on 7/15. We have gone back and forth in emails since that day with them requesting pictures, etc. Then they tell me there is nothing that they can do because it has gone past their "return period". This would not have happened had they just rectified the issue when I first contacted them. I will not buy from them ever again.
It took about six weeks to receive my order. The outfit I ordered was too small. I am trying to work with customer service now to exchange it for a bigger size, however, that has not been pleasant. I am getting the run around and they even said that they would give me 10% back to keep the order. Not cool at all!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
