I miss more information about the situation of the orders, specially the first days, because the first information doesn't arrive until after 15 or 20 days.

Took longer to ship than expected, but in a reasonable amount of time.
Sandal straps were a little thinner than pictured, and heel straps a tad bit short. But over all they are good. I've gotten a lot of compliments on them.
I wear a 7 1/2 bought an 8 and they fit fine.

I placed an order with Chicme on May 4, I have only received one item from an order of 7 items. I have not been successful getting any information from their customer service. I am very disappointed because I feel as if I have no recourse to cancel the order or get reimbursed. I'm also guessing if I'm not satisfied with the items that I won't be able to exchange or receive a refund for the items. I gave them a 1 star because I can't select anything less.

Over a month. Shoes delivered in a bag smashed during shipment and lost their shape and look. Shoes have creases in them.

My wife ordered a blouse which came but was not the size ordered and was too tight for her

The dress turned up in a couple of weeks which is fine, although I could only got a 20% partial refund on a product that didn't meet up to my expectations at all.
