Quality made clothing, true to fit product, great customer service

Everything was fine with the process and requesting an order status. My only complaint is that the straps of the dresses were a bit tight on the red dress and absolutely ridiculous on the pink dress. Ridiculous is an understatement. The straps were not the same size and no where near being long enough for the dress to be worn right. The straps, though one was longer than the other, both were still not long enough to the point where the dress would cover my neck.

My experience was efficient. The website provided a variety of items. I selected - used paypal - another positive and was done. In a few weeks, the items were delivered.

The shipping was a bit longer than I expected. However, I do love my jumpsuit!

Easy to select dresses and sizes. Sadly only one dress fits properly.

I put in the shopping cart many times this dress and take it out, because I wasn't sure if I'll get the same as the picture. Finally I ordered because I really, really like it, still like it but not the fabric

Chic me was very responsive and nice items got here after about 2 months but pants were not as pictured 1 out of the three items actually worked

Some of what I bought fit great, looked great, and had good material. Some of my items were really awful. It took at least a month to get my items, which is a long time. Customer service was great, though.
