Everything was fine with the process and requesting an order status. My only complaint is that the straps of the dresses were a bit tight on the red dress and absolutely ridiculous on the pink dress. Ridiculous is an understatement. The straps were not the same size and no where near being long enough for the dress to be worn right. The straps, though one was longer than the other, both were still not long enough to the point where the dress would cover my neck.

Easy to select dresses and sizes. Sadly only one dress fits properly.

Some of what I bought fit great, looked great, and had good material. Some of my items were really awful. It took at least a month to get my items, which is a long time. Customer service was great, though.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
