Experience was ok. Items received a little bit and miss but mostly hit.
It was ok just wasn't what I expect and takes to long to get items
Waited for than a month for something I paid extra to have delivered in 8 to 10 business days.
I must say I was a little disappointed with my order. First of all it took exactly one month to arrive after purchasing, and not one of the 7 dresses I ordered fit like the size chart suggested. Runs much smaller than expected.

Got a dress I ordered. Its nothing like the picture at all. Never again will I buy from here. Don't waste your money.
I returned my package but I didn't get notified when my package arrived back at the company. I sent many emails to customer service and it really wasn't clear to me. It took a month to get a refund and i had to pay €11 to return the package, the jacket cost me €37 and shipping to my country cost me €8. I didn't like my experience and definitely won't be ordering anything from here again.
My order took a month to get to me but very good customer service. One of the dresses I originally ordered was not available so chic me representatives reached out to me and asked me to pick something different! Very fast response when I sent messages. I will order again
