I ordered the shoe May 4th... shipping did warm that it may take 14-20 days but it was over a month. I got them for a trip and didn't even get them in time. Sat days in the warehouse according to tracking.
My items took over 30 days to arrive! I selected the items to take on vacation, however they took more than 30days to arrive. Needless to say they arrived 3 days after I returned home from a 5 day vacation and I'm STILL waiting on one item that got shipped speratly!
Skirt much shorter than in photo and top is not very well made as shape doesn't hold and will slide off breasts. Skirt smaller than expected but fit snug at waist

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
